I own a 2013 WRX, a junk yard transmission was $1200.00 to $2500.00. A new transmission from Subaru was $5000.00. Service was perfect. Sleeve kit installed perfectly, saved me $1000’s. I would of put a sleeve kit on them too! You need to get the word out to dealers and repair shops. Thank you, Michael

ordered a sleeve kit for subaru forester and was in a tight spot to finish the job. i am on the east coast and the car was on the lift apart and could not go back together with out this kit so melissa had it shipped wright away and i had it in 12hrs after i ordered it 1000s of miles away / so thank u melissa your the best with out a dout #smartqualityparts kicks ass

I bought an oversize clutch release bearing with a sleeve, price is pretty high, but way cheaper than the only other alternative. Produt is of high quality. I would recommend buyimg from smart quality parts

I installed a Tranquil sleeve kit in my 1997 Subaru Impreza Outback several years ago. It has been in-service all this time in the vehicle, which I have since given my son. Still going strong. An improvement over the OEM design and worth every penny.

The POS stock bearing comes with a terrible feature: plastic inner race/glide that goes on the snout. Guess what happens to it!? It melts and thus the bearing fails catastrophically. I started hearing noises from my bearing at 65k miles, but like a dummy ignored it thinking it’s not a big deal. The stock bearing completely seized up at about 75k miles, of course in the worst possible downtown traffic. The clutch fell to the ground and that’s all she wrote. I ordered this kit after some research and not wanting to put on another stock bearing that’s going to fail. I also installed a new flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, pivot bolt and release fork while I had everything apart. Install was very easy; follow the instructions and use the included grease. If you’ve never done a clutch job on a Subaru, get the cheap scissor tranny jack from Harbor Freight so that you don’t fight with bench pressing the tranny into the car. Or better yet, take it to a pro who can do the job in a couple of hours and save your knuckles and marriage. The clutch disengagement/engagement is now buttery smooth and zero issues after 5k miles. Car is a 2017 Forester 2.5i Premium.

Don’t normally write reviews but i wanted to show these guys how much i appreciate them. Ordered a head gasket kit and a water pump kit with the black friday deal. Everything showed up quickly but i noticed i was missing the water pump. Emailed the wonderful people that work here and i got a response immediately and had a pump shipped out and in my hands the next day. Truly great service guys!
